Our 3-part exterior crack repair system seals the crack, protects the wall, and keeps groundwater away—so water never reaches your basement.

  • Prevents concrete deterioration

  • Helps preserve structural integrity

  • No interior disruption

  • Long-lasting protection

Interior Crack repair

When exterior access isn’t possible, interior crack repair offers an efficient and affordable way to stop water from entering your basement. These repairs seal the crack from the inside, stopping leaks and preventing further damage — fast, clean, and with no need for excavation.

Benefits:

  • Quick and cost-effective solution

  • Minimal disruption — no digging required

  • Seals cracks and stops active leaks

  • Prevents further wall deterioration

  • Ideal for finished basements or limited access areas

FOUNDATION CRACKS ONLY GET BIGGER

That tiny crack wont always be so tiny

Moisture, soil pressure, and seasonal temperature changes slowly force cracks to widen. What starts as a small line can quickly become a visible opening that allows water to enter. Addressing cracks early keeps repairs simple — and your basement dry.

Depending on the type and size of the crack, we choose the repair method that delivers the best, longest-lasting results.
This could include a polyurethane injection for active leaks, epoxy for solid structural bonding, carbon fiber reinforcement where extra support is needed, and specialized waterproofing materials designed specifically for either exterior or interior applications. Every repair uses a minimum of three layers of waterproofing, customized to your foundation and built to last a lifetime.

Over time, even minor cracks can expand and potentially lead to significant issues, including a compromise of structural integrity. It is essential to address all cracks that may be or are subject to moisture exposure immediately to prevent extensive damage.

3 Common Foundation Cracks Explained

Diagonal Cracks

Diagonal cracks run along your foundation or basement wall at a 30-75 degree angle. This type of crack may be a thin hairline crack, but will likely be wider at one end than the other. Diagonal foundation cracks are caused by differential settling of a foundation, which is where one side of a home’s foundation settles lower than the rest of the foundation. This type of uneven tension then causes diagonal cracking.

Vertical Cracks

These are the most common cracks — straight up and down or nearly so. They’re often caused by settling or concrete shrinkage as it cures. While typically non-structural, they can allow water infiltration if left unsealed. Monitoring and sealing early on keeps them from growing or causing moisture problems.

Horizontal Cracks

This is the most serious class. When cracks run horizontally across a foundation wall, it often signals that soil pressure is pushing inward and the structural integrity of the wall is compromised. These must be addressed promptly with specialized solutions to restore stability and prevent collapse.
