We are! And we know and understand the process from our long list of previous clients.

Applying for grant programs does not apply to everyone and can inevitably cause delays.

To be eligible for most or all of the grant programs, no work may have commenced until after approval has been granted by the city. However, it does save money, and eligible candidates typically see favorable decisions by the city.

There’s a significant difference between water entering from the foundation walls and when it comes up through the floor or cold joint (where the wall meets the floor).

They provide clear evidence of two different issues that require two different solutions.

If the drywall is damaged it is best to remove the damaged section as soon as possible as it may have mold growing on the inside.

Our team is fully prepared to assist or take on the responsibility of removing all damaged building materials before waterproofing.

Efflorescence is a clear sign of potential basement dampness or leaks. In simple terms, it consists of minerals that leach out from concrete as a salty white, fuzzy powder.

The solution to efflorescence on a basement floor or wall is to identify the source of moisture causing it and eliminate it.
